Use of Google Analytics:

This Network utilizes Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics employs "cookies," text files stored on your computer enabling an analysis of your Network usage. Information generated by the cookie about your use is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated, your IP address will be shortened by Google within EU member states or other contracting member states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the Network operator to evaluate usage, compile reports, and provide related services.

The IP address transmitted from your br/owser within Google Analytics is not linked with other Google data.

Cookie Management:

To manage cookie storage preferences, you can configure your br/owser software accordingly. However, please be aware that disabling cookies may limit the full functionality of this Network. Additionally, you can prevent the capture of cookie-generated data related to your Network usage, including your IP address, by utilizing the br/owser plug-in available at this link: Google Analytics Opt-out Br/owser Add-on.

Google Analytics:

This Website utilizes Google Analytics, processing IP addresses in a shortened form to eliminate personal association possibilities. Personal connections to collected data are promptly excluded, and personal data is immediately deleted. Google Analytics is employed for Network analysis and continuous improvement. The statistical insights obtained contribute to product enhancements and increased user engagement. For data transmissions to the USA, Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield, as outlined in https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for Google Analytics usage is Article 6 Section (1)(f) of the GDPR.

Third-party provider information:

Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: Google Analytics Terms; data protection overview: Google Analytics Privacy Overview, and Data Protection Statement: Google Privacy Policy.

Cross-device analysis using Google Analytics can be deactivated in your customer account under "My data" – "Personal data."

Google Adwords Conversion:

We employ Google Adwords to showcase attractive offers through advertising materials on external websites. The success of advertising campaigns is assessed through data analysis. Our goal is to present relevant advertising, enhance the Network's appeal, and achieve equitable advertising cost calculations.

Google delivers these advertising materials through "ad servers," using ad server cookies to measure success parameters. Cookies, which generally expire after 30 days, do not identify individuals. Stored analysis values include the unique cookie ID, ad impressions per placement, last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information.

Google recognizes users' internet br/owsers through these cookies, facilitating the tracking of users who clicked on advertisements and were redirected to the Network. No personal data is collected or processed during these advertising measures. We solely obtain statistical evaluations from Google to determine the effectiveness of advertising measures. No further user identification is derived from this information.

Use of Google Analytics:

As part of our marketing tools, your br/owser establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We wish to disclose that we have no control over the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through these tools. Based on our current understanding, integrating AdWords Conversion allows Google to gather information when you access specific sections of our website or click on our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, your visit may be associated with your account. Even if you are not registered or logged in, there is a possibility that your IP address may be learned and stored by the provider.

You can choose to opt out of this tracking procedure through various methods:

  • a) Configure your br/owser software accordingly, particularly by suppressing third-party cookies to avoid receiving third-party advertisements.
  • b) Deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by configuring your br/owser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com. Note that this configuration is deleted when you clear your cookies.
  • c) Deactivate interest-related advertisements by participating providers in the self-regulating campaign About Ads. Again, this configuration is deleted when you clear your cookies.
  • d) Permanently deactivate tracking in br/owsers like Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome through this plugin.

Please be aware that opting out may limit the full functionality of this online presence.

The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Opt-out. You may also visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield: EU-US Privacy Shield.

Use of Facebook Pixel:

We implement "visitor action pixels" from Facebook Inc. on our website, allowing us to track user behavior after being redirected to our provider's website via a Facebook ad. This enables us to assess the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected is anonymous to us, and we do not have access to the personal data of individual users. However, Facebook may link this information to your account and utilize it for its promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy.

You have the option to allow or disallow Facebook and its partners to display ads on and off Facebook. Additionally, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes.

The legal basis for using this service is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. If you wish to object to the collection of your data by Facebook Pixel or the use of your data for displaying Facebook ads, you can do so through the following address: Facebook Ad Settings.

Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, ensuring compliance with European data protection legislation: Privacy Shield Certification.
